In the joyful atmosphere of the early days of 2026, General Nguyen Trong Nghia directly visited the mining sites, production and processing areas of Company 35 and Dong Bac Coal Transportation and Processing Joint Stock Company to inquire about the lives and working conditions of officials, employees, and workers. At the same time, he listened to leaders of units report on the implementation of production and business tasks and the work of caring for and ensuring the material and spiritual life of workers.
Reporting to the working delegation, leaders of the units affirmed that, although there have been many difficulties due to market fluctuations and increasingly complex exploitation conditions, the Party Committee and commanders of the units have proactively and synchronously implemented many management solutions, organized scientific production, promoted internal resources, promoted the application of technical advances, and completed and exceeded many important targets. Revenue, profits, and income of workers have basically been maintained and gradually improved; regimes and policies have been fully and promptly implemented.
In particular, the units have focused on building a safe and disciplined working environment; maintaining strict regular routines, effectively implementing labor safety training, preventing and combating accidents and occupational diseases; ensuring good logistics and medical services, contributing to stabilizing ideology and creating motivation for officials and workers to feel secure in long-term attachment to businesses and the Corps.
Speaking at the working session, General Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the spirit of responsibility, the will to overcome difficulties and the outstanding results that officers, employees, soldiers, and laborers of Corps 19 in general, Company 35 and Dong Bac Coal Transportation and Processing Joint Stock Company in particular have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he emphasized that these results not only make an important contribution to the completion of the unit's production and business tasks, but also directly contribute to the overall development of the Army and the country.
From the achievements and results achieved, General Nguyen Trong Nghia requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense; focus on leading and directing to improve labor productivity, product quality, production and business efficiency; pay more attention to taking better care of the material and spiritual life of workers, building solidarity and attachment throughout the unit.
In special labor conditions, with many potential risks of unsafety, General Nguyen Trong Nghia requested the Party Committee and commanders of units to pay special attention to ensuring absolute safety in labor and production. Along with that, continue to tighten discipline and order; propagate and educate workers to strictly comply with safety regulations in all activities. Strengthen inspection and supervision at the scene, especially at stages and locations with potential risks of unsafety. Each officer and worker must raise their self-awareness, consider safety as a command, a responsibility and honor of soldiers and workers in the Army.
General Nguyen Trong Nghia also requested the Party Committee and the Command of Corps 19 to continue to pay attention to promoting political and ideological education; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers; promote the role of mass organizations in encouraging and promoting the emulation movement of labor production, technical innovation initiatives; build a contingent of cadres and workers with firm political bravery, high skills, industrial style, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
