The People's Committee of Quy Nhon Bac Ward is responsible for implementing a construction protection plan for Mr. Hung's household, to be completed before October 15.
At the D5 and N5 Road projects connecting with the land for the construction of Trade Union institutions, the People's Committee of Quy Nhon Bac Ward was assigned to urgently decide to reclaim nearly 1ha of land of 18 households that have completed compensation, and at the same time confirm the origin of the land in the third phase (11 households/25 billion VND) according to the proposal of the Traffic and Civil Affairs Committee.
With the project to expand the Cat Tien - Diem Van coastal road intersection and the Economic Zone axis road, the People's Committee of Cat Tien commune must quickly resolve the remaining legal procedures to hand over the site.
The runway No. 2 project and synchronous works at Phu Cat Airport are required to speed up the compensation and site clearance progress, meeting the project's construction progress requirements.
With the North-South Expressway project connecting Phu My Industrial Park and Phu My Port, Phu My Tay commune and Phu My Dong commune must urgently determine land prices for compensation and resettlement; strive to complete agricultural land clearance in 2025. At the same time, the procedures for resettlement areas must be completed to start construction in October 2025.
Similarly, the project of the route connecting National Highway 1 with the coastal road DT639, connecting De Gi Port, must start construction of the resettlement area in October and the main route on December 19.
As for the An Lao bridge construction project (Km25+727, DT629 route), the Traffic and Civil Affairs Committee and the authorities of An Hoa and An Lao communes must complete the procedures to start construction in October 2025.
