In the first 7 months of 2026, functional forces in Thai Nguyen province handled 60,425 cases of violations of road traffic safety and order. The total fine amount is nearly 134.7 billion VND.
In July alone, the whole province handled 11,256 violations, an increase of 96.2% compared to the same period; 2. 193 cases were deducted points for driver's licenses, nearly 2,000 vehicles were temporarily seized. The amount of fines is 22.7 billion VND.
Accumulated for 7 months, there were over 8,100 cases of driver's license points being deducted, 1,386 cases of driver's license revocation and more than 17,000 cars and motorbikes being temporarily seized. The total amount of fines increased by 71.3% compared to the same period last year.
The number of violations detected and handled has increased sharply, showing that patrol and control activities have been strengthened, with increasingly strict handling measures.
Along with handling violations on roads, in 7 months, functional forces have handled 16 railway violations and 71 inland waterway violations.
