On September 26, information from the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, the unit has just issued Official Letter No. 3507, requesting strict implementation of the regulation on receiving copies.
Accordingly, in cases where the law stipulates submitting a copy, the agency responsible for receiving it is not required to certify the copy, but can request to submit the original for comparison.
The officer receiving the dossier must confirm the accuracy between the copy and the original, and be responsible for the comparison results to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
With online records, agencies are not required to supplement paper copies when there are valid certified electronic copies or data connected to the National Database.
Ending the abuse of the requirement for certified copies will contribute to improving administrative discipline, reducing inconvenience, saving costs, and creating more convenience for people and businesses.
