Accordingly, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has just decided to approve the budget estimate for implementing policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178 of the Government, phase 2, with an amount of 44 billion VND.
Of the total 44 billion VND, nearly 9 billion VND was taken from the salary reform budget in the provincial budget estimate and more than 35 billion VND from the salary reform budget in districts and cities.
The units receiving the second phase of funding include: Provincial Party Committee Office, Thanh Hoa City, Sam Son City, Tho Xuan, Quan Son, Hau Loc, Thach Thanh and Quan Hoa districts.
Of which, Thanh Hoa City was allocated more than 13 billion VND, the Provincial Party Committee Office nearly 9 billion VND and Quan Hoa District more than 7 billion VND.
The Decision also clearly states that the Department of Finance is fully responsible before the law, the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies for the accuracy, legality, approval authority of the content of the consultation, appraisal, reporting data and ensuring the conditions, standards, and norms in accordance with regulations.
It is known that the Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also signed a decision approving the first phase with an amount of 17 billion VND from the salary reform source in 2025. Provincial-level units are spending nearly 3 billion VND, district-level units are spending nearly 14 billion VND.
Of which, the Department of Health is the provincial-level unit that receives the most with nearly 1.4 billion VND. At the district level, Lang Chanh and Tho Xuan lead with funding of more than 1.4 billion VND and nearly 1.4 billion VND respectively...
