On June 5, the Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor and leaders of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations visited and presented support to the family of a female worker who died in an accident on the way to work.
Female worker T.T.K.Y (born in 1994, residing in Ham Duc commune) is a union member of a garment company. On the morning of May 26, Ms. Y was driving a motorbike from her home to work when she had a traffic accident on National Highway 1 and died on the spot.
Considering the proposal of the trade union at the grassroots level, the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor has signed a decision to support union members who died in work accidents.

At Ms. Y's family, Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor sent his condolences and encouragement to Ms. Y's family. At the same time, he presented the family with a support of VND 10,000,000 from the union fund.
The leaders of the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor also encouraged the family to try to raise Ms. Y's 2 children to study well. It is known that the grassroots union has also provided some support for Ms. Y's case.

Through the visit and sharing activities, the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed that caring for union members and workers is always one of the top tasks of the trade union organization.
