According to the initial report of Hoa An Commune Police, at around 4:00 a.m. the same day, at Km40 + 700 Ho Chi Minh Road in Hamlet 11 Be Trieu, Hoa An Commune, a traffic accident occurred.
At this time, the motorbike with license plate 11H1 - 016.81 driven by Mr. Nong Ha T (born in 2000, residing in Be Trieu hamlet) was traveling in the direction (Thuc Phan ward - Hoa An) and caused an accident, colliding with a paving brick box and a truck (BKS 26C - 059.57).
The truck and the paving brick box were parked and placed on the side of the road (on the right side towards Mr. Nong Ha T.
The accident left Mr. Nong Ha T seriously injured and was taken to Cao Bang General Hospital for emergency treatment, but died later due to severe injuries.
After the accident, Hoa An Commune Police protected the scene, verified the information and took the victim to the emergency room. The authorities also organized lane division and traffic regulation to avoid congestion.
