Collision between motorbike and truck, young man in Gia Lai died

    Gia Lai - A serious accident on Provincial Road 999 when a truck collided with a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction, causing a young man to tragically die.

    On the afternoon of August 19, Gia Lai Provincial Police said they were investigating and verifying the cause of the accident that killed a young man driving a motorbike on Provincial Road 666.

    According to initial information, at around 7:30 a.m. the same day, Mr. Do Xuan Tao (born in 1969, residing in Pleiku City) was driving a truck with license plate 81H-007.96 on Provincial Road 666, from Lo Pang Commune to National Highway 19.

    When reaching Km9+300 (in Chuk village, Lo Pang commune), the truck driven by Mr. Tao collided with a motorbike with license plate 81B2-761.48 driven by Mr. D.C.N (born in 2003, residing in Mang Yang district) in the opposite direction. The accident caused Mr. N to die on the spot due to a traumatic brain injury.

    Upon receiving the report, the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) coordinated with Lo Pang Commune Police to protect the scene.

    The case is being further investigated and clarified by the police.
