On November 4, Dong Nai Provincial Inspectorate announced two decisions on inspecting the responsibilities of the Chairman of Trang Bom District People's Committee and the Chairman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee.
Accordingly, the Inspectorate of Dong Nai province decided to inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of Trang Bom District People's Committee in implementing legal regulations on inspection; receiving citizens, handling petitions; resolving complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption; the implementation and performance of tasks and powers authorized in Decision No. 1628/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on the authorization to decide on specific land prices.
The inspection subjects are the Chairman of Trang Bom District People's Committee and related agencies, organizations and individuals. The inspection period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023. If necessary, it can be reviewed before and after the inspection period.
Dong Nai Provincial Inspectorate also decided to establish an inspection team to take responsibility for the Chairman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee and related organizations and individuals in complying with the law on receiving, managing and using public land in Nhon Trach District.
The inspection subjects are the Chairman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee and related agencies, organizations and individuals. The inspection period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
If necessary, pre- and post-inspection period review may be conducted.
On June 4, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved the dismissal of Ms. Vu Thi Minh Chau - Chairman of Trang Bom District People's Committee, term 2021-2026; decided to approve Ms. Vu Thi Minh Chau's resignation from work as desired from June 1, 2024.
Previously, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1848/QD-UBND dated June 19, 2024 on removing Ms. Nguyen Thi Giang Huong from the position of Chairwoman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
