Khanh Hoa province announced the contest from October 17 and then submitted entries and provided contest information from October 18 to November 30. The organizers are expected to announce the contest results in the first quarter of 2025.
At the end of the contest, the organizers will award the first prize worth 500 million VND, the second prize worth 300 million VND and the third prize worth 100 million VND.
In September 2024, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution approving the investment policy for the project to build a common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; a common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and special associations of the province (common headquarters).
The project will be deployed on a land area of over 9.2 hectares, Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city (planned Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province), maximum construction density of 40%, number of floors not exceeding the approved general planning, zoning planning. The expected user scale is about 1,200 people.
This project will be built from 2024 - 2027 with a total investment of more than 1,867 billion VND.
Of which, component project 1 - the project to build a common headquarters worth over 1,637 billion VND is invested by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board. Component project 2 - the project to compensate, support, resettle, and clear the land for the project to build a common headquarters worth about 230 billion VND is invested by the Nha Trang City People's Committee.
