The project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment on September 23, 2025, with a total cost of more than 51.6 billion VND.
Ky Cung Riverside Park has an area of over 13,000 m2, designed as an open space for entertainment, sports and community activities. The campus includes a stone walking path, grass carpet, hall, community service house and a synchronous lighting and drainage system.

The highlight of the park is the symbol of the Tinh dan located in the central area, recalling the traditional tones of the Tay people, along with the symbol of the eigh-leafed eels seen from Nguyen Du Street.
These two highlights harmoniously combine cultural and modern landscape elements, creating a space that is both localized and friendly to urban residents.
In parallel with the park, the public parking lot of Luong Van Tri ward was built on an area of over 3,100 m2, helping to reduce traffic pressure and create more parking space for people and tourists when visiting the Ky Cung - Ta Phu Temple area.

According to the plan, the project will be invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, implemented from the fourth quarter of 2025 and completed by the end of 2026.
The leader of the Project Management Board said that the project is expected to bring a new look to the center of Lang Son city, both a community living space and a riverside tourism destination.
When completed, the park will become the "green lung" of the city, a place connecting culture, landscape and people, contributing to building Lang Son city to develop in a green, sustainable and civilized direction.
