    Dak Lak - Functional agencies have handled a teenager driving a motorbike without a helmet and with many dangerous acts.

    On September 7, Phu Yen Ward Police, Dak Lak province informed that the unit had just verified and handled a teenager driving a motorbike without a helmet and with dangerous behavior.

    Previously, at about 9:36 pm on August 28, Phu Yen Ward Police received a complaint from people about a teenager driving a motorbike on Hung Vuong street, Phu Dong 4 neighborhood, with many dangerous acts.

    According to reports, this person is not wearing a helmet, driving recklessly, swerving, lying on the saddle and even using both legs to control the vehicle, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.

    Immediately after receiving the information, Phu Yen Ward Police urgently verified and clarified that the perpetrator was H.M.C (born 2009), residing in Phu Yen ward.

    Phu Yen Ward Police then coordinated with the Traffic Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police to handle the case according to regulations.
