On August 30, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 had just coordinated with Phu Yen Ward Police to verify and handle a serious case of traffic order and safety violations after receiving a report from people.
Previously, at 11:05 am on August 29, functional forces conducted verification of the motorbike driver with the violation behavior recorded in the video provided by the people.
Through verification, the violator was identified as H.M. C (17 years old, residing in Phu Lam 4 neighborhood, Phu Yen ward, Dak Lak province).
According to images in the video, on the evening of August 28, C drove a motorbike with license plate 78C1-200. XX on the road. Notably, during the vehicle driving process, C used his feet to drive the vehicle, and did not wear a helmet.
C also does not meet the conditions according to the provisions of law to drive motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of 50 cm3 or more.
The act of using feet to control a motorbike while traveling on the road poses a very high risk of traffic unsafety, which can be dangerous for the vehicle operator and other traffic participants.
After verifying and clarifying the violations, the traffic police force made a record of administrative violation against C according to regulations.
Through working, functional forces determined that the motorbike with license plate 78C1-200. XX was registered under the name of Mr. H.D. T (born in 1982, residing in Phu Lam 4 neighborhood, Phu Yen ward). Mr. T is also the biological father of Huynh Minh C.
The working group continued to make a record of administrative violation against Mr. T for the act of leaving the vehicle for an ineligible person.
