This is a vital traffic route at the Northeast gateway of the Capital, the shortest and most modern traffic axis connecting from Gia Binh Airport to the center of Hanoi, contributing to completing the external transport network, reducing the load on Noi Bai International Airport and opening up a new socio-economic development space for the gateway area of the Capital.

According to the electronic information page of Thuan An commune, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thuan An commune on August 7 organized a conference to draw lots for resettlement locations for households eligible for resettlement when the State recovers land to implement component project 1 of compensation and resettlement support in Thuan An commune, Phu Dong commune, Hanoi city and Tu Son ward, Phu Khe ward, Bac Ninh province under the project of recovery, compensation, and resettlement support for site clearance to implement investment in building the road connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital.

According to Thuan An Commune People's Committee, the entire lottery process is organized publicly, democratically, transparently, objectively and in accordance with the law, under the supervision of departments, agencies, specialized units and participating households.
