According to information from Bai Chay Hospital, Quang Ninh Province, at around 9:26 a.m. today (September 27), this hospital received information about female tourist HUANG HSIU HSING, Taiwan (China) suddenly appearing unconscious while eating on a tourist boat visiting Ha Long Bay.

When the emergency team arrived at the wharf, waiting for the wharf to dock, they approached the patient at around 9:50 a.m. At that time, the patient was receiving basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the throat has a lot of food and digestive fluid, and the pulmonary artery is disjointed.

The emergency team performed supportive heart applying, opened the airway and controlled the airway and transported it to Bai Chay Hospital.

During transportation, the patient had a circulatory arrest and continued to undergo emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

At the hospital, the patient continued to receive advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation, after 60 minutes (total time of about 75 minutes), the patient had no pulse back, and was concluded to have died outside the hospital without recovering.

The hospital has reported to the Gieng Day Ward Police to coordinate in handling the death of a foreigner and transfer the body to the Ha Long City Funeral Home for further handling according to regulations.
