Phu Dong Commune People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the compensation and support plan for 59 households and individuals currently using land in Lai Hoang village to implement Project TP1: Project to recover land, compensate, support, resettle, and clear land to implement the investment in building a road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi Capital.
According to the content of the decision, land recovery is implemented for 59 households and individuals in Lai Hoang village, Phu Dong commune.
The total area of land proposed for recovery is 12,657.8m2. In which, the area of agricultural land recovered according to the boundary is 12,533.4m2; the remaining agricultural land area proposed for recovery by households is 124.4m2.
The total amount of compensation and support is 12.658 billion VND.
The Phu Dong Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board is responsible for assigning this decision to households and individuals and publicly posting the decision approving the plan at the headquarters of Phu Dong Commune People's Committee and community activity points where the land is recovered.
The Phu Dong Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board coordinates with relevant departments, boards, and units to organize the payment of money to households and individuals and receive original documents on land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (if any) according to regulations.
The Phu Dong Commune Economic Department is responsible for coordinating with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to carry out the work in order to carry out compensation, support, and resettlement work in Phu Dong commune.
Households and individuals are responsible for receiving compensation and support money and submitting original documents on land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (if any).
The Gia Binh airport-Hanoi connecting road project, costing nearly 33,000 billion VND, when completed, will open up new development space for the Capital and surrounding areas.
Expected route scale (officially determined when the project is submitted for appraisal and approval according to regulations):
- Newly built section: The starting point connects with the road in Bac Ninh province at a location adjacent to the administrative boundaries of Bac Ninh province; the ending point is at the intersection with the Hanoi - Ha Long expressway and the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway/Ring Road 3 with a total length of about 7km, width of 120m.
- The section running on the same Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway/Belt Road 3: The starting point connects to section 1; the ending point at the intersection with the road connecting Tu Lien bridge in the intersection area: Tu Lien bridge access road, Ring Road 3 and Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway; length of about 6.55km (including the section belonging to Bac Ninh province, length of 1.625km), expansion investment ensures 120m.
- Branch connecting from Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway/Belt Road 3 to Tu Lien bridge access road: Building 2 connecting branches to serve the direct left turn direction from Gia Binh to Tu Lien bridge (crossing bridge over Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway/Belt Road 3) and the right turn direction from Tu Lien bridge to Gia Binh; the scale of each branch is expected to be 3 lanes with a width of 14m; the length of the connecting branch is about 2.5km.
