It is expected that this session will be held for 3 days, from December 9 to December 11.
As planned, the Provincial People's Council will listen to and consider 25 reports and approve 32 draft resolutions. To facilitate the Provincial People's Council delegates in monitoring and studying, the time for presenting reports and submissions is arranged and organized according to groups of contents on assessing the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's resolutions in the fields of socio-economics, national defense and security in 2024, and directions and tasks in 2025; on the submissions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial People's Council to approve the resolutions at the session and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council to approve the inspection reports according to each assigned and responsible field.

It is expected that by the end of 2024, in terms of economic structure, the proportion of services and tourism will reach about 51%. Budget revenue in the area will reach 6,960 billion VND (Resolution of the People's Council 6,100 - 6,300 billion VND).
