On the evening of December 14, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team on the River - Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police is mobilizing forces and canoes to coordinate in searching for a 7-seat car that fell into the Dong Nai River.
According to initial information, at around 6:00 p.m. on December 14, a 7-seat car with an unknown license plate was traveling on Dong Nai Bridge along National Highway 1 from Binh Duong province to Dong Nai province.
When reaching the border area between Dong Nai and Binh Duong provinces, the car suddenly jumped onto the bridge, broke the bridge railing and fell into the river.
As soon as the incident was discovered, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team was present at the scene to organize the search.
The location of the car crash is the gap between the old and new Dong Nai bridges, about 3 meters wide. It is not yet known how many people were in the crashed car.
Authorities have mobilized many rescue canoes, along with many fishermen and professional divers to coordinate the search.
