Ninh Binh - On the morning of September 30, authorities found the body of a 12th grade male student who drowned in the Con Noi beach area (Kim Son district).

On the morning of September 30, speaking with Lao Dong reporter, the representative of the leader of Kim Son Border Guard Station (under the Border Guard Command of Ninh Binh province) said that the authorities had found the body of L.H.H (born in 2007, residing in Yen Khanh district, Ninh Binh province) - a drowning victim who had been missing since the morning of September 29.

On the morning of September 29, a group of 5 students (all born in 2007, residing in Yen Khanh district) invited each other to go to Con Noi beach (Kim Son district) to play. At noon of the same day, the whole group went swimming in the area outside the breakwater.

While the group of students were bathing, suddenly a big wave engulfed all 5 of them into deep water. Some of them were lucky enough to swim to shore, then used foam to save the others. As for H, the wave engulfed him, swept him away, and he went missing shortly after.

Upon receiving the news, Kim Son district authorities arrived at the scene to search for the victim.
