Lam Dong - The body of a fisherman missing due to big waves overturning the basket was found after nearly a day of searching.

On the afternoon of November 28, the People's Committee of Lien Huong commune (Lam Dong province) said that after nearly 1 day of searching, the body of Mr. D.Q.S (born in 1985) had been found.

Mr. S is a sea worker who went missing after a basket overturned at Lien Huong estuary on the afternoon of November 27.

At that time, Mr. S and Mr. H.V (born in 1992) brought the boat to Lien Huong port to anchor. Due to negligence, the boat's anchor fell into the sea, so Mr. S and Mr. V rowed the basket out to pick up the anchor.

After removing the anchor, the two rowed the basket to Lien Huong estuary and was hit by waves, causing the basket to flip over.

Both fishermen fell into the water. However, Mr. V swam to shore, while Mr. S went missing. The authorities have organized a search. On the afternoon of November 28, Mr. S's body was found on the bank of the embankment of Phuoc The village 2.
