On the morning of April 9, a car fire occurred on An Dinh service road, in front of Truong Thanh Hotel (Hai Duong ward, Hai Phong city). Fortunately, the incident did not cause any casualties.
According to initial information, the car involved in the incident is a Mitsubishi Jolie. Previously, this vehicle was taken by the car owner for repair, then towed back to park in the above area.
However, just a few minutes after stopping and parking, the car suddenly caught fire fiercely, flames quickly engulfed the front and cabin, accompanied by black smoke rising high.
Discovering the incident, the car owner quickly informed the Fire and Rescue Police force. Upon receiving the news, functional forces promptly arrived at the scene, deploying professional measures to control the fire, preventing it from spreading to vehicles and surrounding areas.
Thanks to timely intervention, the fire was extinguished afterwards. Although there were no casualties, the car was heavily damaged and many parts were completely burned down.
Currently, the cause of the fire is being further verified and clarified by functional agencies.
