On May 31, information from Xuan Quang Commune Police said that the whereabouts of Mr. Nguyen Van C (born 1987, residing in Xuan Quang commune) had been identified after the family reported missing contact.
According to the report of Ms. Lu Thi D (born 1989, residing in Xuan Quang commune, victim's wife), at about 7 am on May 29, Mr. C left his house in Tan Quang village. When leaving, he drove a 3-wheeled electric vehicle, wearing black fabric pants and a white t-shirt.
At about 11 pm on the same day, Mr. C transferred 2.45 million VND to his wife with a message to his family. After that, from his personal phone number, he continued to text with content expressing pessimistic psychology and saying he had sold the car.

Worried about her husband losing contact, Ms. D went to the police station to report, and at the same time coordinated with relatives to search.
Through verification, Xuan Quang Commune Police in coordination with Bao Thang Commune Police determined that Mr. Nguyen Van C had died in the old Pho Lu embankment construction area.
The case is being clarified by functional agencies according to regulations.
