On November 8, the People's Committee of Nam Trach commune (Quang Tri province) said that it had just found the body of a man missing while grazing a cow.
The body of Mr. L.V.T (born in 1968, residing in Thang Loi residential group, Nam Trach commune) was found on the Dinh River, not far from the location of the lost contact.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 1:00 p.m. on November 6, Mr. T took the cow to graze next to the Ben Cat rubber lot (Xung Khi residential group, Nam Trach commune). At 6pm the same day, the family did not see him return so they went to look for him and discovered clothes, phones, sandals, watches and hats left on the banks of the Dinh River.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Nam Trach Commune Police force, local authorities and people organized a search along the river. At around 11am on November 8, the victim's body was discovered floating in the river, near the area where Mr. T left personal belongings.
Currently, the authorities have completed the procedures according to regulations and handed over the body to the family for burial according to local customs.
