On the afternoon of December 23, local people discovered the body of Mr. C.N.H (born in 1970, residing in Bac Binh commune) floating on the river. The location where the body was discovered was about 1km from the Song Can bridge area - where the victim left the motorbike.

According to initial information, on the morning of December 22, Mr. H brought fishing gear in the Song Can bridge area. By noon of the same day, the family had not seen him return, so they organized a search.
When arriving at the bridge area, relatives discovered that Mr. H's motorbike was still parked on the riverbank. Suspecting that he had gone missing in the river while fishing, the family reported it to the authorities.

Immediately afterwards, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 7, under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Lam Dong Province Police, mobilized forces and vehicles to search in the river and along both banks.
By the evening of the same day, the Binh Thuan Search and Rescue volunteer team continued to coordinate to expand the search area along the Can River. However, the search was still difficult due to limited flow and visibility at night.

On the morning of December 23, the authorities and local people continued to search but still had no results. In the afternoon of the same day, Mr. H's body was discovered floating in the river and brought to shore.
Currently, the authorities have carried out procedures according to regulations, before handing over the victim's body to the family for funeral arrangements.
