The Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has just issued Document No. 3416/VPUBND-KTTH, sent to the Department of Finance on coordinating with Lao Dong Newspaper to verify and clarify information related to the collection of fees by Tay Phuong Cuc Lac Trader when people brought mobile phones from outside.
According to the Provincial People's Committee Office, on April 2, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee received letter of introduction No. 56-2025/GGT-BLD dated March 31, 2025, regarding the investigation and clarification of reflections related to the collection of fees for importing small children from outside at the above-mentioned disguise station.
On that basis, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province - Mr. Quach Tat Liem - gave instructions:
The Department of Finance is assigned to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units to review, research and clarify the contents stated in the introduction certificate of the Lao Dong newspaper. The results must be synthesized and reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed.
The Office of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee informed the Department of Finance and relevant agencies to implement.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had a series of articles reflecting the situation of some stations transforming to apply the form of exclusive sales of small-scale products, forcing people to buy products at high prices or paying a fee if they want to bring small-scale products from outside.
