Hanoi - Some roads will be reorganized from April 2 to the end of May 31, 2026 to construct flood prevention projects in the inner city.

Hanoi Department of Construction on April 2 issued a notice on the plan to organize traffic diversion and ensure traffic safety to serve the construction of the project to invest in localized flood control for some points in the inner city area.

Dang Van Ngu Street:

- Organize mobile barriers with markers combined with reflective wires in sections 30m long, road excavation width 0.5m, barrier width 2m on Dang Van Ngu street (excavated along the road adjacent to the sidewalk next to Trung Tu lake from the section in front of Trung Tu pumping station to Dang Van Ngu - Nam Dong intersection, length 60m) to construct the power cable line. The remaining road surface width is an average of 8m - 9m to organize for vehicles to circulate locally in both directions through the barrier locations serving construction.

- Organize mobile barriers with markers combined with reflective wires for each half of the road cross-section, road excavation width 0.5m, excavation length 15m on Dang Van Ngu road (excavation across the road section in front of the substation at Dang Van Ngu - Nam Dong intersection). Organize the construction of each half of the road cross-section, construct and restore the road surface structure before organizing the construction of the remaining half of the cross-section to organize for vehicles to circulate locally in both directions through the construction site.

- Organize construction barriers from 10 pm to 5 am the next morning, requesting the restoration of the road surface structure to the rough paving layer equal to the current road surface elevation to ensure safety for vehicles circulating during the time from 5 am to 10 pm, and then organize the construction of the next section (or the remaining half of the cross-section).

Le Duan Street:

- Organize mobile barriers with corrugated iron fences combined with B40 mesh in sections with an average length of 8m - 10m, road excavation width of 3m, barrier width of 4m on Le Duan street (excavated close to the road surface on the railway side from Ba Mau lake to house number 298 Le Duan, length 150m) to construct the BxH box culvert line = 1.5x1.5m. The remaining road surface width is an average of 10m - 11m to organize for vehicles to circulate locally in both directions through the barrier locations serving construction.

- Organize mobile barriers with corrugated iron fences combined with B40 mesh for each half of the road cross-section, road excavation width of 3m, excavation length of 15m on Le Duan street (excavation across the road section in front of house number 294 Le Duan). Organize construction for each half of the road cross-section, the remaining average road surface width of 7m - 8m to organize for vehicles to circulate in both directions locally through the construction site.

O Dong Lam Street:

- Organize mobile barriers with corrugated iron fences combined with B40 mesh for each half of the road cross-section, road excavation width of 3m, excavation length of 6m on O Dong Lam road (excavation across the road section in front of house number 294 Le Duan). Organize construction for each half of the road cross-section, the remaining road surface width is an average of 3m - 4m to organize for vehicles to circulate locally through the construction site.

- Organize construction barriers from 10 PM to 5 AM the next morning, requesting the restoration of the road surface structure to the rough paving layer equal to the current road surface elevation to ensure safety for vehicles circulating during the time from 5 AM to 10 PM, and then organize the construction of the remaining half of the cross-section.

The implementation time starts from April 2 to the end of May 31, 2026.
