At the conference, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 15 announced the draft report on the results of supervision for the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Through supervision, it was shown that the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has drastically and methodically implemented the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and directives and regulations of the Central Government. In which, the province's action program is built with a long-term vision, defining the goal of making Phu Tho a growth pole of the region by 2030 and towards becoming a centrally-run city by 2050.
Along with that, the implementation of breakthroughs in science and technology, digital transformation according to Resolution 57 has achieved many positive results, contributing to perfecting institutions and improving management capacity; the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term was successful with a voter turnout rate of 99.91%, ensuring the correct structure and no errors in procedures.
Inspection and supervision delegation No. 15 announced the contents to be inspected (phase 2), with 3 contents including: Leadership and direction work and solutions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in ensuring double-digit growth; deploying the organization and operation of local governments at 2 levels; the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai acknowledged and highly appreciated the seriousness and responsibility of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in coordinating with Inspection and Supervision Team No. 15 in the supervision process (phase 1) recently.
To achieve results in the inspection work (phase 2), the comrade suggested that the inspection and supervision delegation should proactively deploy inspection and supervision work closely following the inspection contents. In which, pay attention to evaluating the operation of the 2-level local government model to promptly detect and propose removal of difficulties and inadequacies. In the process of inspection, it is necessary to conduct actual surveys of at least one commune-level unit and a number of related agencies to collect objective evidence for leadership and direction work in the locality.
In parallel with that, the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee also directed the establishment of an inspection team to directly inspect and supervise Party organizations and directly affiliated Party committees on the contents that the Central Government is inspecting and supervising.
At the same time, the comrade wished the province to arrange a focal point for coordination and create favorable conditions for the Inspection Team to work in accordance with actual conditions, ensuring science and not interrupting the regular activities of the locality.
