Ministry of Health announces list of food safety testing facilities

The Food Safety Department - Ministry of Health has just announced the latest list of 26 testing facilities serving state management of food safety.

Based on Article 29 of Decree No. 148/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government stipulating the decentralization and delegation of power in the field of health, from July 1, 2025, the designation of food testing facilities to serve state management as stipulated in Clause 6, Article 37 of Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP is under the authority of the head of the specialized medical agency under the Provincial People's Committee or the specialized agency assigned tasks by the Provincial People's Committee.

Therefore, in addition to the list of testing facilities serving state management designated by the Ministry of Health, there is also a list of testing facilities serving state management designated by 34 provinces/cities.
