According to a report from the Hanoi Statistical Office, the Tu Lien bridge project started construction on May 19, 2025 with an investment of nearly 20.2 trillion VND, including 3 site clearance projects and 1 construction investment project.
The total length of the bridge and approach road is about 11.5 km (of which Tu Lien bridge is nearly 3 km long, the starting point of the bridge is at the intersection with Nghi Tam street; the end point is at the intersection with axis TC13, Truong Sa street, Vinh Thanh commune).
According to the plan, the project will be completed after 2 years of construction. Currently, the contractor is organizing the construction of 2 cable-stayed towers.

Ring Road 4 project - Capital Region
This project belongs to the group of important national projects, the route passes through 3 provinces and cities (Hanoi, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh), connecting the Hanoi - Lao Cai and Noi Bai - Ha Long expressways.
The project has a total length of 112.8 km with a total investment of more than 75 trillion VND in phase 1.
The total site clearance volume is 1,386 hectares, on the route to build 3 large bridges across the Red River, Duong River and 8 other intersections.
After more than 1 year of construction, Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region is gradually taking shape, and has so far disbursed 19.1% of the capital plan.
Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section (phase 1)
The project is 2.3 km long, with a cross-section of 50 m and a component of 2 overpasses at the Lang Ha - Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection. The starting point of the route intersects with Cat Linh - La Thanh - Yen Lang road at Hoang Cau and the end point is at Voi Phuc intersection.
The investment level of phase 1 of the project is more than 7.2 trillion VND from the City budget, to date the project has disbursed 51.9% of the capital plan.
Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section: Project to renovate 21.7 km, Ba La intersection, Ha Dong ward to Xuan Mai commune.
The project is upgraded to 4 - 6 lanes, with a design speed of 80 km/h, the roadbed width is expanded to 50 m - 60 m, contributing to the completion of the radial road connecting National Highway 21A, Ho Chi Minh Road and Ring Road 4 in the Capital Region.
The project has a total investment of 8.1 trillion VND from the City budget, of which over 5.1 trillion VND is for site clearance; 2.9 trillion VND is for construction and equipment procurement costs. To date, the project has disbursed 23.8% of the capital plan.
Thang Long Avenue Expressway Project, the section connecting National Highway 21 to Hanoi - Hoa Binh Expressway
With a length of 6.7 km, the starting point connects Thang Long Avenue Expressway with National Highway 21, Hoa Lac Commune, the end point connects with Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh Road.
The total investment of the entire project is 5.2 trillion VND. To date, the project has disbursed 36.2% of the capital plan.
Yen Xa wastewater treatment system project in Hanoi city
The project has a total investment of 11.2 trillion VND, of which 84.1% is ODA loan from the Japanese Government.
The project includes a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 270 thousand m2/day and night and a sewer line for wastewater collection along the To Lich River, Lu River, Set River, part of the Nhue River with a service area of about 4,874 hectares.
Up to now, the wastewater treatment system from To Lich River to the factory for treatment has been completed, the remaining packages are being accelerated by the construction unit, striving to be completed by 2027.
The overall project has disbursed 56.3% of the capital plan.
