    According to a quick report from the police, at 1:00 p.m. on June 17, at Km23+80, National Highway 3 through Dong At hamlet, Quang Uyen town, Quang Hoa district, Cao Bang province, a traffic accident occurred.

    At this time, the truck with license plate 12C-075.35 driven by Mr. Lo Minh Dat (born in 1983, residing in Nhac Ky commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son) was traveling from Quang Uyen town to Hoa Thuan town when it collided with a motorbike with license plate 11U1-157.31 driven by Mr. Hua Van Nhan (born in 1982, residing in Chi Thao commune, Quang Hoa district) traveling in the opposite direction.

    As a result, the two vehicles were damaged, and Mr. Hua Van Nhan was taken to the emergency room, but due to the seriousness of the wound, the victim died at Quang Hoa District General Hospital.
