Specifically, at the above time, a passenger car with license plate 29K-130. xx driven by driver Nguyen Van Hung (born in 1973, residing in Yen Khoai village, Nga Son commune) was traveling in the direction of Hung Vuong commune to Nga Thang commune.
When the car turned left into Bac Ba Dinh area, it collided with a motorbike with license plate 36B4-577. xx driven by Hoang Van An (born in 1989), carrying Pham Ngoc Tinh (born in 1988, also residing in Ha Trung commune, Thanh Hoa province) traveling in the opposite direction.
