Total rainfall in the plains is generally 50 - 100mm, in some places over 150mm; in mountainous areas 100 - 200mm, in some places over 300mm.
From October 31 to November 1, Hue City is forecast to continue to have moderate to very heavy rain. In early November, heavy rain in the area was still complicated.

As of this morning, the water level of the Bo River had dropped below alert level 3, the Huong River was still 3.87m.
Local authorities advise people not to be subjective when the water recedes, to prevent unfortunate accidents from occurring.
