HCMC stops receiving administrative records at departments and branches from December 27
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just announced the end of receiving administrative procedure documents (APs) at departments, branches and sectors to switch to receiving and returning results at the Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center.
According to the announcement, by the end of December 26, the one-stop-shop departments of departments, branches, sectors and the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will stop receiving administrative procedures under the authority of the unit.
From December 27, all activities of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures will be carried out centrally at the Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center, located at 43 Nguyen Van Ba Street, Thu Duc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. See more...

Removing obstacles to granting pink books at the 132 Ben Van Don project
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just proposed to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to assign the City Land Registration Office to receive and handle the dossier of granting pink books to home buyers at Millennium apartment building, No. 132 Ben Van Don, Khanh Hoi ward after the project was included in the removal of obstacles by Working Group 1645 to consider granting pink books to home buyers.
Previously, in May 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Court proposed that the City People's Committee cancel measures to prevent transfer transactions at the land plot at 132 Ben Van Don (formerly District 4), which is currently Millennium apartment building. See more...
Lo Lu Street in Ho Chi Minh City gradually takes on a new look, no more degradation
Lo Lu route (Long Phuoc ward) is currently being upgraded and expanded according to the project approved by the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction) since 2018. The project has a total length of about 2,034 m, divided into two construction sections.

The case of bread poisoning in Ho Chi Minh City increased to 102 cases
On December 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that as of 10:00 a.m., medical facilities had received and treated 102 patients with symptoms of suspected food poisoning after eating bread at the N.H facility in Phu My ward.
According to the Department of Health, 6 medical facilities have reported receiving and treating people with symptoms of poisoning. All of these cases were recorded eating bread purchased at the above establishment.
Of which, there were 61 cases that had to be hospitalized for treatment with symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, mild fever, ... in accordance with symptoms of food poisoning in the digestive tract. Saigon University speaks out when pedagogical students are owed support money
On December 23, Saigon University responded to the reflection of students studying pedagogical subjects subject to social needs training who were late in paying living expenses according to Decree 116.
According to Saigon University, on October 2, 2025, the school received an official dispatch from the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City on determining the number of pedagogical students in the 2023 and 2024 courses trained according to social needs.
