On November 19, Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened a first-instance trial of 5 defendants in the case related to Kera candy products distributed by Chi Em rot Company.
In this case, defendant Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (27 years old, residing in Khanh Hoi ward, Ho Chi Minh City; Miss Grand International 2021) and 4 defendants of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Chi Em rot Company) for the crime of "Fraud against customers".

On November 19, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance sent a document to primary, secondary, high schools, ... to implement the Resolution of the City People's Council on supporting health insurance (HI) payments for students in the area.
Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance recommends: for cases where students do not have a health insurance card until December 31, 2025, they should urgently compile a list and send it to the Social Insurance agency to issue health insurance cards to them before November 30, 2025 to ensure their health examination and treatment rights and comply with Resolution No. 56/2025/NQ-HDND dated November 14, 2025 of the City People's Council.

HCMC handles 338 violations during the peak of year-end market inspection
On November 19, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department said that in nearly a month of implementing the plan (October - November 18), the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management force has launched a drastic campaign, inspecting 348 cases, accounting for 33.49% of the total number of inspections for the whole year and reaching 50.36% of the number of inspections before issuing the plan. Inspection activities are being implemented synchronously with the goal of not loosening management and not interrupting market control.
