On November 19, the People's Committee of Cua Lo Ward said that the accident occurred at 7:30 p.m. on November 18 on Provincial Road 537C, Km70+700 in Nghi Hoa 3 block.
At that time, the truck with license plate 99H-016.xx driven by Mr. P.X.T (born in 1989, residing in Binh Minh Commune) was traveling in the direction of Cua Lo - Nghi Hai. When arriving at the above location, the truck collided head-on with a motorbike with license plate 37AC-337.xx traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused two motorcyclists, Mr. N.N.N (born in 1994, residing in Trung Thanh block) and Mr. T.T.Q (residing in Vinh Tien block, Cua Lo) to fall onto the road and die on the spot. At the time of the accident, it was raining and the road was quite deserted.
The authorities were present to protect the scene, regulate traffic and clarify the cause of the accident.
