Fire in apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City on October 20, people flee in black smoke
On the afternoon of October 20, a major fire broke out at an apartment in RiverGate Residence apartment building in Khanh Hoi ward, causing hundreds of residents to panic and flee.

On October 20, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police (PC08) announced the results after 10 days of implementing a peak period to handle violations of alcohol and drug concentrations.
