Binh Thuan intersection
Binh Thuan intersection is the intersection between National Highway 1, Nguyen Van Linh Avenue and the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway access road, which will be built on a 3-storey scale.
The tunnel floor includes two two two-way 4-lane underpasses, allowing vehicles to travel directly from Nguyen Van Linh Street through the expressway access road and vice versa.

On the ground, traffic is organized by a central roundabout, helping to reasonably separate the flow for motorbikes and the turning directions.
Above is an overpass system with an existing 4-lane bridge and two newly built parallel bridges. The project also arranges two more pedestrian bridges on the expressway access road and Nguyen Van Linh street.
Kinh Duong Vuong - National Highway 1 intersection
Currently, the intersection between Kinh Duong Vuong Street and National Highway 1 is circulating in a circular manner.
The city will build an overpass at the intersection of National Highway 1 - Kinh Duong Vuong - Tran Dai Nghia, with a scale of 4 lanes crossing Kinh Duong Vuong Street.
In the future, this intersection will be completed with an additional pedestrian bridge and metro line No. 3.

Both Binh Thuan and Kinh Duong Vuong - National Highway 1 intersections are part of the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 1, from Kinh Duong Vuong to the Tay Ninh provincial border (formerly Long An). According to the plan, the project will start construction in 2026 and be completed in 2028.
National Highway 50 - Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Intersection
The National Highway 50 intersection project with Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway has been approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, with a total investment of nearly VND591 billion. The project is expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of this year and be completed in 2026.

This intersection will build branches and overpasses connecting the two routes, with a total length of about 1.3 km.
When completed, this intersection will be synchronized with the National Highway 50 (6 lanes) expansion project expected to be completed by the end of this year and the entire Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway in 2026.
Rung Sac - Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Intersection
The Rung Sac intersection project with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway is proposed for investment by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, with a total capital of nearly 3,000 billion VND. The project is expected to be approved for approval at the end of 2025, started in 2026 and completed in 2028.

The center of the intersection will be arranged with a 50 m radius roundabout. On the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, an additional unit will be built, completing the scale of 8 lanes and branches connecting up and down Rung Sac road.
Rung Sac Road will build two two-way underpasses from Rung Sac to Can Gio Bridge and vice versa.
Nguyen Huu Tho - Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Intersection
Currently, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway section is elevated when passing through Nguyen Huu Tho Street.
Ho Chi Minh City has added the Nguyen Huu Tho intersection project with the expressway to the North-South axis road project (expected to start construction in 2026, complete in 2028).

The project will build more road branches and overpasses to help connect Nguyen Huu Tho Street with the expressway, and at the same time separate mixed-use lanes from Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park to Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, helping to reduce traffic conflicts.
Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection
The Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection has now completed phase 1 with two two-way underpasses on Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, initially significantly reducing congestion at the southern gateway area.

Ho Chi Minh City has added phase 2 of this intersection to the North-South axis road project.
In the near future, the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection will have additional overpass branches, forming a 3-storey intersection, helping to completely resolve traffic congestion in this area.
