On July 5, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, at about 7:45 pm on July 2, Thai Thuy Commune Police received a report from Mr. FU. XIAOHUA (born 1976, Chinese nationality), currently working at Hoang Kim Thanh Company in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, about forgetting a backpack while eating at a restaurant in the commune.
According to the report, inside the backpack there was a Huawei laptop, about 8 million VND in cash, passport, driver's license and many important papers and documents for work.
Immediately after receiving the information, Thai Thuy Commune Police urgently deployed professional measures, organized a scene review, extracted security camera systems, verified related information and coordinated with individuals and businesses in the area to search for property.
Only after a short time, the police force identified the person holding the backpack and proceeded to recover all assets. Through inspection, the cash, laptop, passport and important papers were still intact.
On the morning of July 3, Thai Thuy Commune Police completed the procedures and handed over all assets to Mr. FU. XIAOHUA in accordance with regulations. Receiving the assets back, he expressed his joy, emotion and thanked the collective of officers and soldiers of Thai Thuy Commune Police for their sense of responsibility, dedication and professionalism in the support process.
According to Hung Yen Provincial Police, quickly finding property for foreign citizens not only shows the "Serving the people" spirit of the People's Police force but also contributes to building a beautiful image of the grassroots police force, creating trust in the people and leaving a good impression on international friends when they come to study and work in Vietnam.
