Recently, Mr. K checked the application and found that his social insurance payment period was only 10 years and 7 months, his social insurance payment period from 2010 to before 2015 was not available.
Mr. K suggested that the competent authority consider and resolve his case.
Regarding this issue, Vietnam Social Security admits that on the VssID application, there are also cases where employees are lacking in the process of participating in social insurance contributions.
When encountering this problem, employees should report to the local social insurance agency or the employer (where they are working) in coordination with the social insurance agency to update complete information.
Vietnam Social Insurance has reviewed Mr. K's social insurance code data and updated his correct information about participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions.
Vietnam Social Insurance affirms that the entire process of participating in social insurance and health insurance for employees has been digitized, synchronized, stored in the industry's database and guaranteed benefits when receiving social insurance benefits.
Vietnam Social Insurance is promoting solutions to update full data on the time of social insurance participation on the VssID application for employees as soon as possible.
