On April 7, the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that it had organized a Conference to deploy and guide the use of data declaration software and install equipment for management work.
At the conference, delegates were clearly imbued with the purpose and requirements of software deployment, and were also specifically guided on the process of data entry, update, management and exploitation of data to serve professional work.

The standardization of data processing procedures is expected to contribute to improving information quality and effectively serving direction and administration.
Along with that, the unit has deployed the installation and connection of automatic fire alarm transmitting equipment to the Police agency, ensuring timely reception and transmission of fire alarm signals.
This system helps enhance the ability to monitor, detect early and quickly handle fire and explosion situations, minimizing damage.
According to assessments, the combination of management software and equipment system not only improves the efficiency of monitoring and early warning of fire and explosion risks but also contributes to standardizing management records and improving the quality of statistics and reports.
Speaking to direct at the conference, unit leaders requested the assigned departments and officials to seriously implement; regularly update data fully and accurately; ensure stable operation of the equipment system.
At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen inspection, promptly rectify existing problems and limitations; proactively reflect difficulties and obstacles to be guided and resolved.
