At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of Resolution No. 06-NQ/HDND dated February 19, 2025 of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province, term XV, on reorganizing specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province.
Ninh Binh province merged the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment into the Department of Finance; merged the Department of Construction with the Department of Transport into the Department of Construction; merged the Department of Science and Technology with the Department of Information and Communications into the Department of Science and Technology; merged the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment into the Department of Agriculture and Environment; merged the Department of Home Affairs with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs into the Department of Home Affairs.
The conference also announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of cadres to the positions of Director and Deputy Director of the departments: Finance; Construction; Science and Technology; Home Affairs; Agriculture and Environment.
Accordingly, Mr. Dang Thai Son - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang - Director of the Department of Science and Technology was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology (new); Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh - Director of the Department of Transport was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Chu Duc Long, Director of the Department of Construction was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Construction (new).
The Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee also decided to transfer and appoint officials to the position of Deputy Directors of the above departments and transfer and appoint officials to the position of Deputy Directors of the departments: Tourism; Justice; Culture and Sports; Industry and Trade.
