The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on approving the investment policy for the Dam Viet Tan road construction investment project, Thuong Tin district.
According to the decision, the goal of the project is to connect traffic with Provincial Road 427B, National Highway 1A and Urban Area No. 6.7 in Thuong Tin town; create favorable travel conditions for people; contribute to completing the traffic infrastructure according to the approved plan...
The new route will be about 0.87km long; the starting point will connect with Provincial Road 427B and the end point will connect with Tu Ba Co Street.
The cross-section of the road is 16m wide, with synchronous investment in items such as drainage systems, lighting, trees, technical cages and auxiliary works to ensure traffic safety. The total estimated investment for the project is more than 104 billion VND, using entirely the budget of Thuong Tin district expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2027.
The People's Committee of Thuong Tin district is assigned to be the investor and responsible for organizing the implementation of the entire project, from investment preparation, site clearance to construction and completion.
The People's Committee of Thuong Tin district is responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the accuracy and legality of the information and data presented in the project investment proposal report for appraisal and approval. Along with that, determine the volume, compensation costs, support for site clearance, and relocation of floating underground works when surveying and establishing investment projects to ensure compliance with actual implementation volume; resettlement arrangements.
The Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning and Architecture, Agriculture and Environment and related units coordinate with the People's Committee of Thuong Tin district to implement the project.
