The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2595/QD-UBND, adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District, which was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 11/QD-UBND dated January 3, 2025.
Accordingly, 21 works and projects were added, including a number of key projects: Renovation and upgrading of Cau Bai River; construction of 3 routes according to the plan (1 13m road connecting from the left Hong Tuong Duong dike to the 40m Ngoc Thuy road, 1 route from lane 66 Ngoc Thuy to the 40m Ngoc Thuy road and 1 route 13.5m from lane 140 Ngoc Thuy to the end of lane A.8/NT2), Ngoc Thuy ward.
In addition, there is the TP1.2 project: Site clearance in Long Bien district; Tran Hung Dao bridge construction investment project with a total land use area of about 218.27ha.
The decision of the City People's Committee also adjusted the content of the "List of works and projects in the 2025 land use plan including 152 projects with a total area of 651.03ha" in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 11/QD-UBND dated 3.1.2025 into the "list of works and projects in the land use plan in 2025 in Long Bien district, including 173 projects, with an area of about 869.30ha".
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District are implemented according to Decision No. 11 of the City People's Committee.
