On November 25, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and the Government working delegation inspected the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Dong Nai.

This is one of the main traffic routes that plays a supporting role in connecting the Southeast region, reducing the load on existing traffic routes and opening up development space for Dong Nai - Ho Chi Minh City.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Linh - Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through Dong Nai is 11.26 km long, with a total capital of more than 2,584 billion VND, basically completed in 2025 and put into synchronous operation in 2026.
To date, the construction has reached 60.2% of the contract value, many items exceeding the plan.
The project has 3 main construction packages. Of which, package 26 reached 47% of the contract value. This package is 2.2 km long, from the beginning of the route to the DT 25C intersection; Package 29 is 2.8 km long from the DT 25C intersection to DT 25B, reaching 66% of the contract value; Package 32 parallel roads from DT 25B to Nhon Trach bridge, reaching 64% of the contract value.

The Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board also recommended that the My Thuan Project Management Board coordinate in maintaining and temporarily repairing the locations of the DT 769 - Ly Tu Trong bridge intersection and overpass 25B, to ensure traffic safety.
After listening to the report and inspecting the site, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh acknowledged the efforts of the team of engineers and workers who have been working directly at the site and emphasized: This is an important project to connect Ho Chi Minh City with Dong Nai province and other localities in the region.
When completed, this project will promote investment efficiency, create new development space as well as exploit the potential for land use, build a sustainable and modern urban system.
According to Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, there is not much time left until December 19 - technical traffic opening. Therefore, relevant parties need to take advantage of good weather to increase shifts, motorbikes, equipment to work day and night... to complete the goals set by the Prime Minister, ensuring the quality of construction.
