On the morning of August 27, Tuyen Quang province held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Road Construction Project from My Lam Mineral Spring Tourist Area to National Highway 2D connecting to Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway.
This is one of the key projects in Tuyen Quang province that was inaugurated and started to celebrate the 81st National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The project from My Lam mineral spring tourist area to National Highway 2D connecting to the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway was started at the end of 2021, is a newly opened road, designed according to urban standards.
The entire route has a total length of nearly 9 km, the starting point intersects with National Highway 37, the ending point connects to National Highway 2D, more than 2km from the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway intersection.
The project has a total investment of 487 billion VND, invested by the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction) of Tuyen Quang province.
The route is expected to promote economic development, especially My Lam mineral spring tourist area with a large-scale sports, entertainment, and resort complex being invested in and built.
With the official commissioning, this route will help synchronize the traffic network, quickly connect between National Highway 2D and Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway, and promote local socio-economic development.
