On August 25, the Working Group of the Department of Area III - Central Inspection Commission, led by Mr. Vu Ngoc Hung - Deputy Head of the Department, had a working session to survey administrative reform and online public service application in Le Thanh Nghi ward, Hai Phong city.
The delegation was accompanied by leaders of Le Thanh Nghi ward, including: Mr. Tran Viet Hung - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuc - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, along with leaders of the Inspection Committee and related departments and branches.
At the meeting, the ward leaders reported the results of administrative reform implementation, especially the digitalization of records and application of online public services at level 3 and 4. In the period from July 1 to August 18, the ward has resolved 3660/3695 records, achieving an early settlement rate of up to 99.05%, with 100% of records processed online and synchronously on the National Public Service Portal.
Mr. Vu Ngoc Hung acknowledged the positive results that the ward has achieved in administrative reform and digital technology application, and emphasized the importance of continuing to improve the process and improve the quality of service for people. He also suggested that Le Thanh Nghi ward aim to build a modern, transparent government that truly serves the people.
At the end of the working session, members of the working group proposed a number of solutions to continue improving administrative management, strongly promoting digital transformation and enhancing people's satisfaction with public services.
