On May 12, according to information from Vu Thu commune, the Commune People's Committee has just issued Notice No. 153/TB-UBND on definitively handling violations of the traffic safety corridor on the Southern Ring Road of Thai Binh city (old), the section from the S1 level crossing to Chu Van An extended road.
According to the notice, in order to ensure traffic safety and project implementation progress, the Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals with illegal constructions or encroaching structures within the traffic safety corridor to voluntarily dismantle and restore the ground to its original state.
At the same time, the locality strictly prohibits people from arbitrarily opening roads or making separate paths connecting to the Southern Ring Road.
The deadline for organizations and individuals to voluntarily dismantle is the end of May 13, 2026. From May 14 to the end of May 15, 2026, Vu Thu Commune People's Committee will coordinate with the Project Management Board, Ngu Lao and Ne Chau village facilities and construction units to dismantle violating works that have not complied with site clearance.
For cases of intentionally not complying with requirements, functional forces will carry out forced dismantling in accordance with legal regulations. The construction unit will also arrange manpower and equipment to deploy dismantling according to the approved design.
After returning the ground, the Commune People's Committee requests people not to re-encroach on the traffic safety corridor or carry out illegal connection acts. All acts hindering the process of handling violations will be strictly handled.
Functional agencies request households, especially households in Ngu Lao and Ne Chau villages, to seriously comply with the content of the notice to ensure safety for themselves and the community, and at the same time contribute to ensuring the progress of key traffic projects in the area.
