A serious traffic accident has just occurred in the area of Ba Ra bridge, DH5 road, in An Lac village, Duy Nghia commune, Da Nang city, causing a 15-year-old male student to be in critical condition.
On June 3, the People's Procuracy of Region 10 - Da Nang said that it had just conducted an inspection of the scene examination of a serious traffic accident between a 7-seater Mitsubishi Pajero car and a motorbike.
Initial information, car license plate 43A-xxx. 52 driven by Mr. D.V. C. (born in 1984, residing in Thanh Khe ward, Da Nang city) collided with motorbike license plate 43H7-xxx7 driven by N.H. D. (born in 2011, residing in Hoi Son village, Duy Nghia commune).
The collision caused N.H. D. to suffer severe traumatic brain injury, cerebral edema, and multiple broken ribs. The victim was taken to Da Nang General Hospital for emergency treatment in critical condition, with a risk of life-threatening.
After receiving the news, functional forces quickly arrived at the scene to protect the accident area, regulate traffic and conduct initial investigation activities.
Prosecutors of the People's Procuracy of Region 10 - Da Nang were also present to inspect the scene examination, record traces, collect documents and evidence, ensuring the process of resolving the case is objective and in accordance with legal regulations.
The cause of the accident is being further verified and clarified by functional forces.
