At noon on October 16, Ho Chi Minh City Police are urgently examining the scene and investigating the cause of the tragic accident that occurred in Long Truong Ward.
Initial information, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, driver L.H.L. (39 years old) was driving a pickup truck on Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Long Truong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
When reaching the intersection with Road 963, driver L. allowed the car to turn left to enter this road. While the car was cornering, it collided with Ms. T.T.N. (79 years old) was moving by climbing on the road. The strong collision caused Ms. N. to die on the spot.
Immediately after receiving the report, Long Truong Ward Police coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to quickly arrive at the scene to examine, investigate and extract images from the area's security camera to clarify the cause of the incident.
According to information from relatives, Ms. N. has been disabled since childhood and cannot walk normally, so she usually only moves by climbing on the road.
