At more than 10:30 a.m. on September 3, the authorities of Dong Thanh commune coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to block off and investigate the cause of the collision between a motorbike and a tractor-trailer on Le Van Khuong intersection with Trinh Thi Doi street. As a result, one person died on the spot.
At around 7:30 a.m. the same day, people living on Le Van Khuong Street heard a loud noise. When they arrived to check, they discovered the motorbike colliding with a tractor-trailer. The consequences of the accident caused the motorcyclist to die on the spot.
The collision occurred during rush hour when people returned to work after the September 2 holiday, causing traffic congestion in the area.
Currently, the police are extracting camera footage and investigating the cause of the collision.
